As soon as your product is shipped by us, we will send you the corresponding Track and Trace code. Your personal diamond advisor can also tell you the status of your order.

Out of stock
If we do not have the chosen product in stock, we will make it for you in the desired size/style. Before we send the jewel, it will undergo several checks to guarantee the quality of the jewel. After completion of this, we will send the jewelry to you. The delivery time depends on your order. The estimated delivery time will be 6 to 8 weeks.

Custom made order
If you want to order a personalized item, we will make it (tailor-made) especially for you. Before we send the jewel, it will undergo several checks to guarantee the quality of the jewel. After completion of this, we will send the jewelry to you. The delivery time depends on your order. Please contact your personal diamond advisor about the status of this.
